You may join up to three teams, but no teams can overlap in their practice times.
Make sure to check the practice times document to ensure the teams you want to join do not overlap.
Email the UIL Coaches
Once you've chosen your teams, send an email to the coaches of each team you're interested in joining.
In your email, express your interest and confirm your commitment to attending practices.
Attend Practices and Prepare for the Event
After joining your teams, your coach will let you know when and where they meet for practices.
Make sure to attend regularly and work hard to prepare for your UIL events with your team.
