Hello, Riddle Families!

My name is Anna Fitts, and I am so excited to welcome you to another wonderful year in the Riddle Library! I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas. I also hold a Master's degree in Educational Technology and Library Science from Texas A&M University–Commerce.

I am certified to teach Early Childhood through 6th grade, English as a Second Language (ESL), and am a certified school librarian. Before becoming Riddle's librarian, I had the privilege of teaching first grade here for five years. This year marks my fifth year as the librarian, making it a full decade of being part of the Riddle family!

When I'm not at school, I love spending time with my husband, Joel, and our daughters, Kate and Emma. In my free time, you'll often find me running, cooking, or enjoying my favorite hobby—gardening.

I am passionate about helping students discover a love of reading, explore new ideas, and become lifelong learners. I can't wait to see all of our returning students and meet our new Riddle families. Here's to an amazing school year!
