Google Slides Add-On
There are Add-Ons for Google Slides! I would start with Unsplash and Noun Project! Unsplash is a community driven photography site with copyright free photos.
ColorZilla
The ColorZilla dropper and can be activated and you can retrieve the RGB or Hex color code from anything on your computer for color matching purposes.
Change Doc Extension
You can change the end of the URL on a doc for your purposes: Copy, Preview, template/preview. You can also type edit back on the end to change it back to editing mode! If you want your users to download a PDF, you can add "export?format=pdf" after the slash (no quotes).
Page Setup in Docs
You can change the size of the doc page and change the background color to personalize a document.
Paintbrush
Want to use quickly update your headings fonts, colors, and size? Use the Paintbrush tool in your editing toolbar!

Folder Colors & Emojis
You can keep your Google Drive organized and create visual cues by changing the colors of your folders and adding emojis to folder names.

Quickly find important documents in your Google Drive by adding them to your Starred items list!

Use https://www.remove.bg/ to remove the background from a photo. Then you can use these on Google Slides or Drawings.
Google Image Search Tools
Use the Google Image Search Tools to quickly find images labeled for reuse, with transparent backgrounds, with various colors & more!
Adding Audio to Slides
Soon, you will be able to easily add an audio file recorded (with the tool of your choice). Just store the file in Google Drive and add it to Slides. You can manually play the audio file or have it play automatically to make a narrated slideshow.
Google Docs Voice Typing
You can use Voice Typing to compose your Google Docs with no special software. You just need a microphone.
Edit Word & PDF files w/ Docs
You can open and edit most PDFs and Word documents with Google Docs.
