Galvanizing

We are well led. This is the verbal leader on and off the field that is less concerned about her popularity and more concerned about holding everyone to their highest standards and driving her teammates to their potential. This is not done from a disposition of power or authority, but because this person loves and cares about her teammates enough to help them become the best versions of themselves. This galvanizing person competes all the time and demands that everyone else do as well!

Leaders get out in front and stay there by raising the standards by which they judge themselves - and by which they are willing to be judged.

Frederick W. Smith

If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.

John Quincy Adams
