Pioneer Heritage Middle School

Cathy Lovelace is a native Texan, born and raised in Duncanville. Mrs. Lovelace earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University with a concentration in mathematics. Sic ‘em Bears!  She continued her education at Amberton University where she earned a Master of Arts degree in School Counseling. Mrs. Lovelace began her educational career in 2004 and was a math teacher before becoming a counselor in 2015. Mrs. Lovelace will serve as the professional school counselor for students in all grades with last names A-L.  In her spare time, Mrs. Lovelace enjoys traveling with her husband, Charles. One of their many life goals is to visit all 50 states and 7 continents. She also enjoys spending quality time with her many nieces and nephews.  She looks forward to working with PHMS students and families as they travel through the wonderful adventure known as middle school!

 Mrs. Davis is the counselor at PHMS for students in all grades with last names beginning with M-Z.  She is in her 11th year at Pioneer Heritage Middle School. Prior to joining the Pioneer Heritage team in 2014, she served as a school counselor in Plano ISD and IQ Academy.  She also has experience as a classroom teacher in both Midland ISD and a private school in Columbus, Ohio.  Mrs. Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree in school counseling from Dallas Baptist University. She and her husband are proud parents of six children and a maltese in their blended family.  Mrs. Davis loves serving and building relationships with the students and families at Pioneer Heritage Middle School.
