Hello Pearson Families! I am so excited to begin my third year at Pearson. I began my career in education teaching elementary students. After teaching, I was an elementary school counselor for 5 years. I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Psychology, and later earned a Master of Education in School Counseling from Angelo State University.
Family/Fun:
I am a proud mom of two boys, a sophomore in college and a junior in high school. I enjoy exercising, being outside, spending time with family, and football season. I am excited to serve the students at Pearson!!

I’m so excited to join the Pearson team and to share my passion for helping others! I grew up in North Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from UNT, followed by a Master of Science in School Counseling from Texas A&M-Commerce. I have worked in the corporate world as well as taught. My goal is to help students feel safe, develop lifelong academic and self-regulation skills, and adapt to the changes life brings.
Family/Fun:
I love exploring the world around me and being in nature, hiking, helping wherever I can, petting every dog I see, and solving puzzles. We have three dogs and two cats - a full household - as well as a garden I've worked hard to keep from fading!
