Welcome to first grade! I am Sondra Taylor and I am excited to begin another amazing school year here at McSpedden Elementary. In the past I have taught pre-k and fifth grade but most of my years teaching have been in a first grade classroom. I live in McKinney with my husband and our two children. My son and daughter both attended McSpedden and are now in high school in Frisco. As a family we enjoy traveling to new places and visiting friends and extended family. When I am not at school, I enjoy crafty projects, bike rides with my family, attending my kids' activities, cheering for the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys and reading great books. I am looking forward to all the fun things we will experience together as a class in 2024-2025. Our first graders will grow and learn so much this year and I cannot wait to be part of it!
