Regarding RankOne Insurance Form

Below is the information directly from the district regarding the RankOne Insurance form online:

“The Voluntary Insurance Description provides voluntary options for student accident insurance. By signing, you are NOT agreeing to any insurance plan, you are only acknowledging that you have received the information. If you would like to enroll in student accident insurance then you can go to www.studentinsuranceplans.com and coverage can be verified by calling 469-579-4139. Please visit https://www.friscoisd.org/departments/risk-management if you would like more information from FISD regarding student accident insurance.”
