Next Steps for Admitted Freshmen
Fall admitted students have until May 1, 2023, and spring admitted students have until November 15, 2023, to confirm their enrollment at UMD through the Terps Application Portal. However, all admitted students must apply for on-campus housing by May 1, 2023. We encourage students to review the Admitted Student Checklists for additional steps needed to join the next class of Terps and to register for an Admitted Student Open House.
Opportunities for Students to Connect with Our Office
During the spring semester we offer a variety of visit options, giving students the opportunity to interact with UMD students and learn first-hand what it's like to #BeATerp. We encourage students to keep an eye on our calendar for the most up-to-date information. If you are interested in scheduling a visit for your school, please contact your admission representative at ApplyMaryland@umd.edu.
