Scholarship Opportunities
The Frisco Education Foundation Scholarship Program offers Frisco ISD graduating high school seniors the opportunity to apply for college scholarships offered through the Foundation. In addition to scholarships funded by the Foundation, the Foundation prides itself in serving as the catalyst for outside donors to award scholarships to FISD graduating high school seniors in the name of their corporation, organization, school/youth group or in memory/honor of an individual.
Class of 2025
The 2025 FEF Scholarship Application will be open on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 10 a.m. The application will close on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 4 p.m.

Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Prepare now so you can complete the 2025–26 FAFSA form as soon as it’s available on or before Dec. 1, 2024. Here are some ways you can get ready:
Create a StudentAid.gov account (if you don’t already have one).
Learn about the documents you may need to fill out the FAFSA form.

K-State Scholarships and FAFSA Updates
For students applying for the Fall 2025 start term, we will continue to consider a student’s best GPA for scholarship consideration. For full scholarship and award consideration, a student must apply by our December 1, 2024, Priority Date. Students can submit weighted and unweighted GPA information from their seventh semester, as well as updated test scores until February 1, 2025, for consideration if they meet the original priority date.
Our FAFSA Priority Date for this year is March 1, 2025. Students are encouraged to submit their FAFSA by that date for full consideration. We will provide updates as more information is learned.

Tarleton State University will be offering a Thanksgiving fee waiver for all undergraduate students who submit an application from ApplyTexas between November 18th through the 24th.
Please note that:
Starting the application on the 24th but finishing it at a later time will not grant a fee waiver. Applications must be submitted by the 24th.
Students who have already submitted their application prior to the back-to-school fee waiver event (Nov. 18th – Nov. 24th) will not be receiving the waiver or a refund. Tarleton does not offer application fee refunds nor can the waiver be used retroactively for earlier applications.
