If you send it to your email, then forward it, they WILL NOT accept it.

Academic Patch
Academic Patch
If you have earned a cumulative 4.5 GPA or higher for a minimum of five semesters of high school course work, with at least one being in Frisco ISD, you qualify for an academic patch for your high school letter jacket. If you are interested in receiving this patch, please complete the application and return it to the registrar's office (A123) or email it to Garzarodrig@friscoisd.org.
