How do I know if my address is zoned to Lebanon Trail High School?
To check which high school your address is zoned to, visit our district's zoning website .
What if I do not have a Proof of Residency (POR), yet? Can I still register?
In order to complete the registration process, you must have a Proof of Residency. Refer to the district’s Proof of Residency page with details on acceptable forms of PORs.
Can I meet with a counselor (for course selection, a tour*, previous records review) before I enroll?
Once the student is enrolled in our District, a counselor will review your student’s records to determine credits and then the student will have an opportunity to select courses and tour the building. *We do not offer tours or one on one meetings for prospective students and their families.
What if we are coming from another country?
If you are coming from out of the United States, the following is required:
1. All documents must be submitted in English.
If needed, documents should be translated by the government of the home country or a certified translation agency in the United States.
Personal translations are not accepted.
If you are needing assistance with this, an example of an independent service is certifiedtranslationdallas.com
2. We must receive an official transcript showing all credits earned with a seal from the previous school.
If a cumulative transcript is not available, educational records from each academic school year previously passed must be submitted.
If registering after the beginning of the school year, a transfer grade report must be submitted.
3. A letter must be included from the principal or headmaster of previous school, on school letterhead indicating:
the enrollment and withdrawal dates of the student
the school-year calendar
an assurance that the student has not completed the graduation requirements from that school
4. If a language other than English is spoken a majority of the time in your home and by your child, an oral language proficiency test may be administered as soon as possible to determine your student’s eligibility for the appropriate language program.
