Build Relationships - join clubs and/or extracurricular activities that align with your interests. Talk with adults about their current jobs and think about what you want to do in your future.
Volunteer - Find an organization that aligns with your core values and give back to your community. You can track hours in Xello
Meet your Counselor - Counselors can help with future plans, study habits, scheduling questions and provide assistance during challenging times.
Utilize your Resources - take advantage of tutorials, talk to teachers and counselors, familiarize yourself with Xello
Talk to teachers and other students about classes to take next year
Keep your grades up
Continue making good grades, attend tutorials and build relationships with campus staff
Finalize your class schedule for next
Take the Mock ACT or SAT
Begin conversations with family about college and/or workforce plans
Continue your involvement in clubs/organizations and extracurricular activities
Continue volunteering and tracking those hours
Prepare for the PSAT in October, all students will take this test for free
Continue making good grades and utilizing your resources on campus to help you succeed
