The counselors will be happy to look at your student’s records once the student is enrolled in our District. Once you are enrolled in one of our campuses, school staff will be glad to make an appointment to talk to you and your student about courses, previous grades, what was taught at your previous school, etc. We strive to meet the needs of each student where they are when they come to us. Once your student is enrolled, our counselors will assess your student's abilities and strive to place him/her in the appropriate classes to ensure successful graduation.
If you are coming from out of the United States, the following is required:
1. All documents must be in English, or translated by the government of home country or a certified translation agency in the United States. Personal translations are not accepted. If you are needing assistance with this, please visit: certifiedtranslationdallas.com
2. We must receive an Official transcript showing all credits earned with a seal from the previous school.
3. A letter must be included from the principal or headmaster of previous school, on school letterhead indicating:
-the enrollment and withdrawal dates of the student
-the school-year calendar
-an assurance that the student has not completed the graduation requirements from that school
4. If a language other than English is spoken a majority of the time in your home and by your child, an oral language proficiency test may be administered as soon as possible to determine your student’s eligibility for the appropriate language program.
