Hi! My name is Dani Fry. My experience spans a variety of roles over the years, which have all led me to where I am and as shaped (and continue to shape) my beliefs as an educator. I have spent time in the corporate treasury department of Bank of Texas before I spent a few years at home with my kids. When I started teaching, I spent time as a K-6 Tier 3 reading and math interventionist, 3rd grade self-contained teacher, and 5th grade all subjects in different varieties. My daughter was then going into 5th grade at my school. I decided it was time for a change and became the Campus Instructional Support Facilitator for two elementary campuses. This consisted of being the 504 coordinator and the testing coordinator. Being an ELAR and math curriculum writer for many years, this was where my heart is in education. I was lucky enough to then take a position as an instructional coach for an elementary campus. Recently, I took a position as an elementary math coordinator for my district. Below are some of the other ways I have learned and contributed within my district within the last year.
