Canvas for Parents

📚 Description

Canvas is an online learning management system that allows teachers and students to extend the walls of the classroom by allowing students to participate in assignments, assessments, and discussions from anywhere.

Grades on Canvas are "unofficial." Canvas acts as a record of data until your teacher enters them into HAC.

As an observer, you can see due dates, announcements, and other course content, but cannot participate in the course. These instructions will help you get started. Using the Canvas Parent App, you can see assignments listed for each course with a note showing if the assignment(s) are submitted, missing, or turned in late.
