Students can check out books from their classroom or the library at school. We want students to be reading for 20 minutes every day for homework; we also send home a weekly reading reflection homework page. To help your child with reading at home, you can ask them questions about what they are reading: who is the main character, what is happening to them/their struggle, what is the theme of the book, and what other themes do you see in the book...
