We have recently crossed the midpoint of the school year, which is a good time to celebrate all that has been accomplished over the past several months and to look ahead in preparation for the next school year. It is with this in mind that we are writing both with reminders about upcoming opportunities to engage in the Friends School community and, first, with the following important information for the 2024-2025 school year.
Evergreen Enrollment
Friends School Mullica Hill utilizes continuous enrollment contracts, otherwise known as “Evergreen Enrollment.” The most important aspect of this process is that it assumes a student is enrolled through graduation from eighth grade, unless the family notifies the school otherwise by March 15. As a result, there is nothing you need to submit to the school other than choosing a payment plan through FACTS in order to maintain your child’s enrollment for the coming year. If for any reason you have other plans for your child’s education next year, please let us know before March 15.
2024-2025 Tuition and Tuition Assistance
The Board of Trustees engages each year in a deliberately thoughtful process to set tuition for the coming school year. The Board’s highest priority is to provide meaningful raises to our dedicated faculty and staff as well as to continue providing the strong educational program that your children enjoy, cover ever increasing expenses, and position the school to continue building on its strengths.
A complete listing of the 2024-2025 tuition and fees as approved by the Board are now available on the school website.
As a Quaker school, Friends School Mullica Hill is committed to enrolling a diverse socio-economic student body and to sustaining that commitment through the availability of need-based tuition assistance. Applications for need-based assistance for the coming year were due by January 15. The Tuition Assistance committee is in the process of reviewing applications in order to inform families of decisions no later than March 15.
2024-2025 Calendar
The major opening and closing dates for next year have been set and are available in the 2024-2025 Important Dates document.
The full calendar, which will likely include a couple of late-start mornings and additional in-service time for the faculty, will be finalized and posted before the end of this year.

In closing, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for your ongoing commitment to Friends School Mullica Hill and for the trust you place in our devoted faculty and staff every day. As we look ahead to the coming year and beyond – driven by our values and nourished by the engagement of our community – we are profoundly optimistic about the continued growth of FSMH and excited about what we can do together.
In peace,
