• Trans Americas submarine cable - surface laid fiber optics cable entering a manhole installed at the existing shoreline transition point near the AT&T site in Peterborg,  CZM permit application Dec 2023, CZM hearing Oct 2024, CZM approval Jan 2025.

• 10 Misgunst GNS #10 - 20 acres of waterfront property for sale since Sep 2024, the land had been part of the 2002 Nature Conservancy deal and we believe includes some restrictions on development.

• 17 Louisenhoj - 14.4 acres adjacent to Louisenhoj castle, land has deed restrictions. 

• 10 Louisenhoj - Louisenhoj Castle guard house and artist's cottage (4b2ba).
