From Google Drive, click New > More > Google Sites;
There are three parts of your sites that need naming (as the picture shown below):
Site document name—Enter a unique name to keep track of your sites. The sites document name is only visible to you.
Site name—The site name appears in the header and in the web or mobile window title bar after you publish the site.
Page title—Each page in your site has a title, which appears at the top of the page. The page title also appears in the navigation menu.
-Add personal information by clicking these buttons under Insert:
Text box—choose layout, add title and text.
Embed URL—Add photos, designs and other images.
Images—Add content directly from the web, such as music and videos.
Upload from Drive—Upload photos, videos, PDFs and/or other documents.
-Input the required contents
student name (photo is optional)
student ID
name of attachment site
site supervisor's name
attachment tutor's name
other personal info (if necessary)
-The Proposal Plan is designed to help you organize your ideas and develop your proposal. You are suggested to complete it before writing your proposal, but the completed proposal has to be submitted to Turnitin on Moodle for checking the similarity index and for grading.
-The procedure of creating your own copy of proposal plan please refer to Element 3 and this link below.

-the content of proposal plan can include:
1. Background of the attachment agency
the nature of the business, its history, size, mission, products/services, leadership, and anything else you find relevant.
2. the attachment project
a. existing service/projects at the agency and the service gap;
b. aims of your proposed project
c. application of psychological theories/principles
d. plan of our proposed project (timeline, resources, activities, your roles and duties, evaluation methods, etc.)
e. potential ethical issues and obstacles/
Step 1. Log in your Google account, and click the following Google Sheet Template URL and make your own copy of IA Daily Activity Log (it will be stored in your own drive);
Important: Remember to rename the Google Sheet with YOUR OWN NAME !!!
Step 2. To share daily activity log with your tutor, click "Share" and change the link sharing setting to "On"- "Anyone with the link can comment", and "save";
Step 3. Insert your IA online Daily Activity Log (from your Google Drive) into your Google Sites.
Step 4. Once you update your log, please inform your tutors; after receiving comments about the log from tutors, click the comments and "reply". DO NOT delete tutors' comments.

-The content of final report plan can include:
1. Summary of the project
i. Aims and implementation of the attachment project (duties, changes in project details, activities, design, obstacles, etc.)
ii. Application of psychological theories and principles
iii. Critical assessment of the application of psychological theories in practice
2. Report on project evaluation
i. Aims and methods of evaluation
ii. Findings and interpretation/discussion of the findings (effectiveness, limitations, implications, etc.)
3. Self-Reflection
What have been learnt from the attachment experience? (including discussion on personal growth)
i. Personal interests, traits, strengths and weaknesses
ii. Personal or career goals
iii. Suggestions for personal growth
iv. Other insights or learning
-You are strongly encouraged to upload the video to Panopto, then embed the video to your Sites;
-You are encouraged to share your video with classmates to get some feedback and suggestion. The sharing procedure is the similar with sharing IA daily log(see element 3).
-OR, a less preferred approach would be uploading the video to Google/ YouTube (make sure it's for public), then embed the video to your sites.

- Click "Publish" to fill in your Web address name, and click "Manage" to change your site sharing setting to "Anyone can find and view the published version";
- Tick "Request search engines to not display my site", and click "publish".
- Click the published site link to copy your Published Site Link and share with your tutor(s).
