The Centre will be comprised of a core team from Cambodia and an international advisory panel headed by internationally renowned scholars from EdUHK. The Centre will be based in the Faculty of Education, RUPP, in partnership with the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE) and member universities, i.e. the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Svay Rieng University (SRU), National University of Battambang (NUBB) and University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhmum (UHST).
