AP Seminar & Research leading to AP Capstone Diploma
Learn about how you can explore your interests through the AP Capstone program through this College Board video.
In the first two years of offering AP Capstone in the Humanities Program, 29 students have earned the AP Capstone Diploma.
Debates, Performances, & Presentations
Throughout the school year, our Humanities students engage in a number of performances and debates. These experiences allow for students to explore their creativity through a concentrated emphasis on on developing analytical and critical thinking skills, research capabilities, collaborative learning, and proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Technology & the Arts
In the words of Steve Jobs, Founder and late CEO of Apple, “Technology alone is not enough—it’s technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the result that makes our heart sing.”
In the Humanities Program, we use a multi-faceted approach through our course offerings, allowing students to widen their skills and interests in using various technologies and exploring their creativity through the arts.
Extracurriculars & Leadership
These are just some of the many clubs and activities that our Humanities students participate in. Our Humanities students hold various leadership roles within, and many have been founders of these clubs and organizations.
