Any Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior that GOES to Manalapan High School and is attending prom with a Senior needs to fill out this form before the can purchase the bid.
An OUTSIDE GUEST is someone who DOES NOT go to Manalapan High School. They may go to another high school*, may have graduated, may work, may be in the military, etc.
*If in high school, the student must get a written statement from his/her principal giving him/her permission to attend Manalapan's prom. Print or send this written statement to your principal.
