Working Papers
New Jersey law requires all workers under the age of 18 to obtain working papers for employment.
This process is now all online---more information can be found on this handout.

Transcripts
To request a transcript for a current student, please complete the Current Student Transcript Request Form.
To request a transcript for former students, complete and submit the Graduate Transcript Request Form to the MRHS Guidance Department Office.
Please note that official transcripts can only be sent to colleges, universities, or employers. Only non-official transcripts can be sent to the student themselves.
Address Changes
Print out and fill out this Change Address form. Fax or email scanned form back along with providing 3 scanned documents as proof of the new residence (i.e. utility bills, signed leased, closing papers, etc.).

In the case of joint custody, the Freehold Regional High School District will only provide transportation to one address.
Registration for New Students
New students must be registered in person. A registration appointment must be scheduled with Fran Marino, Guidance Secretary, x6033.
The following items are needed at the time of registration:
transcript
grades at time of withdrawal
health records
CST records, if applicable
birth certificate
3 proofs of new address
