Goalies - your main focus this summer should be working on lateral quickness, explosiveness to the ball, and core strengthening. The following summer workout packet was created by a fantastic goalkeeper and old college teammate of Coach Andrews - Amy Defnet! Your workout packet is for 5 days/week, so you will have a 6 week workout instead of 7. Feel free to take your rest week whenever you would like, or if you would like to do 7 weeks of 4 days/week you may structure that as well.
