Working Papers
New Jersey law requires all workers under the age of 18 to obtain working papers for employment.
This process is now all online---more information can be found on this handout.

Transcripts
To request a transcript for former students, complete and submit the Graduate Transcript Request Form to the FTHS Guidance Department Office via fax 732-866-0831 or scan and email to animick@frhsd.com
For current students requesting a transcript be sent to a college/university, use this Current Student Transcript Request Form.
Please note that official transcripts can only be sent to colleges, universities, or employers. Only non-official transcripts can be sent to the student themselves.
Address Change
Print out and fill out this Change Address form. Fax or email scanned form back along with providing 3 scanned documents as proof of the new residence (i.e. utility bills, signed leased, closing papers, etc.).
Send back via fax 732-866-0831 or scan and email to animick@frhsd.com.
In the case of joint custody, the Freehold Regional High School District will only provide transportation to one address.
Registration for New Students
Parents are asked to contact our school guidance office to schedule a registration appointment at 732-431-8460
Schools cannot be entered without an appointment because of security.
