Dr. Hwang graduated from Chosun University College of Dentistry and has served the Central Valley since 2004. Dr. Hwang brings over 20 years of experience, and he is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. 

A Fresno native since 2007, Dr. Hwang is an active member of the community. He has volunteered in his church and sponsored local youth orchestras. 

In his free time, Dr. Hwang enjoys traveling, watching movies, and spending time with his wife and two children.
