Marquetta's life took a transformative turn when she met a real estate agent who handed her a flyer for real estate school. With her last $50 that month, she enrolled, not realizing the impact this sacrifice would have on her future.

In February 2011, Marquetta earned her MD Real Estate License, and by August, she had sold her first home. Undeterred by initial challenges, she persevered, working as an assistant for local real estate agents in MD. After relocating to Atlanta, GA in 2014, Marquetta's husband encouraged her to use her real estate license and work for herself. In October 2015, she welcomed her first GA client and quickly sold over $2 million in real estate in just 2.5 months.

Marquetta has been a top-producing agent in Atlanta since 2015, with numerous accolades, media features, and an ethics-in-action award under her belt. She has impacted the lives of hundreds of families through her real estate expertise and has led a successful team in helping other agents transform their own lives and careers.

In December 2021, Marquetta founded Fresh Vision Realty, driven by her passion for empowering others through real estate. As the Qualifying Broker and Owner of Fresh Vision Realty, Marquetta aims to inspire and support aspiring real estate professionals.
