Crème Brûlée is not a festival. It's an experience that each of us is part of.
We are all actively participating.
Nothing is for sale on-site. Bring what you need for the event.
The French Burners Association (L.1901) is non-profit. Ticket fare is calculated to cover essential costs:
Rental of the site and structures, insurance and emergency services.
Support for transportation and expenditures for art and community projects.
Purchase of tools and equipment.
Volunteer support: meals and logistics for teams who prepare the site.
A financial report is published after each edition. Revenue covers event costs and invests in association equipment. In case of extras, we keep a portion to fund future projects and donate the rest to partner associations.
Tickets are strictly nominative. ID with photo will be checked at the gate (Bring your photo ID!) to valide your membership and access.
There's no ticketing office on-site. Buy yours before you arrive.
Internet connection is flaky in that rural area. Print your ticket before you arrive.
Multiple tickets: if you're buying two tickets, make sure to enter a different name of each ticket.
Transfers: If you're getting a ticket from someone else, make sure the name has been changed before you arrive.
Each ticket includes a €5 membership to the association. More than just acces, it supports our community all year-round. As a member, you have voting rights at the general assembly and receive exclusive updates on our projects.
10% of tickets are reserved.
Applications are open from 14 Feb at 6:00 PM to 25 Feb at 11:59 PM
Applications are anonymized and reviewed by a team based on criteria including employment status, income, and other factors (such as dependent children, etc.)
A waitlist will be created if necessary
Selected candidates will receive instructions to purchase their ticket
Low-income tickets cannot be resold as there is a waitlist. If you can no longer attend, contact tickets@frenchburners.org. Your ticket will be refunded and transferred to the next person on the waitlist.
Sell your ticket securely here
If you need to resell your ticket, it's important to update the names and email.
This allows the membership to be transferred and ensures the new buyer receives essential communications.
How to do it?
Find the confirmation email you received from Billetweb
Click "Manage my order" at the bottom of the email
Modify the name and email address
Please resell your ticket at face value. We encourage buyers never to pay more than the official price.
Direct transfer is not allowed, since we have a specific waitlist to ensure fairness. If you can no longer attend:
Send an email to tickets@frenchburners.org to request a refund.
The ticket will be reassigned to the next person on the waitlist.
Children under 18 are welcome! One you've bought your tickets, please contact us directly by email to register your children.
⚠️ Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children throughout the event.
