Teaching Experience

My name is Mrs Held and I have been an English teacher at Fremont Ross High School since 2001. Prior to teaching at Fremont Ross High School, I was an English teacher at the Fremont Middle School during the 2000-2001 school year. In addition, I also taught English at St. Joe's High School here in Fremont from 1997-2000. Furthermore, I spent two semesters teaching English night classes at Terra Community College during the 1998-1999 school year.

Education

I graduated fom St. Mary's High School in Sandusy, Ohio in 1990. I then attended John Carroll University in Cleveland Ohio and graduated with a Bacheor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Education. I completed my year long student teaching internship at St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio during the 1996-1997 school year. In addition, I continued my education and received my Master of Teaching Certificate in January of 2013.

Family

I am married to Jason R. Held and we have three children together, Isabelle (age 18), Hailey (age 15) and Maximus (age 9). We also have a mini golden dooodle name Baxter.

Interests

I enjoy baking, reading, crafting, sports, campimg, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
