Meet the Teacher

Hello and welcome, students, parents and guardians!  My name is Jennifer Dick and I am an Algebra teacher at Fremont Ross High School.  I am looking forward to teaching you, or your child, Algebra I or Algebra II this school year in the classroom.  I graduated from Canton McKinley in 1996, received a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics Education (7-12) from Bowling Green State University in 2000, and a Master's Degree from Walden University in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment in 2006. I am in my 23rd year of teaching. I began my career teaching 7th grade for 13 years at the FMS. I moved to 8th grade math and Algebra for five years, and now I am at the high school for my fifth year.

Along with being a teacher, I am a wife and mother.  My husband, Kevin Dick, and I have been married for 17 years.  He is also an educator and also a football coach at Seneca East.  Together we have three beautiful children and a little poodle. Aiden (15 years old), Adelyn (13 years old) and Anna (11 years old) are our three bundles of joy and keep us busy.  We love to enjoy the outdoors together as a family.

During the summer months you will most likely find me outside at a swimming pool or at the ball park watching our kids play baseball and softball.
