This course will give those students thinking of going into the social sciences, non-STEM education, business, and other fields a solid background in the statistics they will encounter at the college or university level. It will carry the statistics and probability already studied to a higher level of understanding and skill. Many practical applications as well as theory will be studied.
Algebra 2
Algebra 2 is designed to meet the mathematics needs of all high school students. Linear equations and functions, linear inequalities, systems of linear equations, exponential functions and sequences, polynomial functions and factoring, quadratic equations and functions, radical equations and functions, and data analysis are studied. The student should gain a better understanding of the concepts of reasoning and the structure of Algebra as well as coordinate systems, relations, functions and radical numbers.
