Holistic Wellness for Mind, Body & Spirit
Synergy Healing Collaborative is a network of experienced mental health and holistic professionals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to integrative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care.
Our collaborative model allows us to provide and recommend specialized services tailored to your unique needs. Each provider offers not only mental health support, but also complementary modalities that support whole-person healing—mind, body, and beyond.
While each practitioner operates independently, we work together as a network to create a seamless and personalized healing experience, thoughtfully blending services that are uniquely crafted for you.

When healing needs to go deeper than words
Not all healing can be reached through talking alone.
Many experiences—especially trauma, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm—live not just in the mind, but in the body. Research in Neuroscience and trauma-informed care shows that the nervous system plays a central role in how we process, store, and respond to life experiences.
This is why somatic and integrative approaches can be so powerful.
By working directly with the body and nervous system, these approaches can help access and shift patterns that may feel stuck, overwhelming, or difficult to articulate. Modalities informed by Polyvagal Theory and other evidence-based practices support:
Regulation of the nervous system
Relief from trauma-related symptoms
Increased sense of safety and grounding
Greater connection between mind and body
The ability to process experiences that words alone may not fully reach
Somatic healing doesn’t replace traditional therapy - it expands your options. It allows healing to happen not just through insight, but through felt experience, supporting more lasting and integrated change.
At Synergy Healing Collaborative, we offer a range of body-based and integrative modalities that can be used on their own or alongside talk therapy, depending on what feels right for you.
Flexible, personalized, and designed around you
There’s no single path to healing, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
At Synergy Healing Collaborative, care is designed to meet you where you are. Some people come for individual therapy, others for body-based work, and many benefit from a combination of approaches over time.
Your care might include:
Working one-on-one with a therapist
Integrating somatic or body-based sessions alongside talk therapy
Participating in groups or community-based support
Engaging in an intensive or immersive experience for deeper focus
Being guided through our Healing Connections service to find the right providers and modalities
Because our providers collaborate, your care can evolve as your needs change—without starting over or navigating the system alone.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific challenge or looking for a more holistic approach to well-being, we’re here to help you build a path that feels aligned, supportive, and sustainable.
