In this lesson, we will focus on the element of art: LINE. Students will create a variety of LINES in our picture and then color inside the lines using crayons.

Supplies:

• White drawing paper (art kit or sketchbook) 

• Pencil + eraser

• Black marker or crayon

• Crayons

Directions:

1. Using a black marker or crayon, create a:

   1. • boarder using horizontal and vertical lines

      • wavy line

      • pointy line

      • dotted line

      • dashed line

      • your own line! 

2. Color each section neatly. Try to stay inside the lines!
