Over the past 15+ years, I have balanced a rigorous research agenda with leadership roles in the technology industry. My research contributions in static code analysis and smart city frameworks inform my approach to building secure, scalable, and intelligent systems that impact day to day use of the technology. This expertise underpins my teaching philosophy at the State University of New York at Fredonia and previously at NUST, and the University of Jeddah, where I specialize in instructing students in computer networks, programming, data structures, operating systems, software engineering and cloud computing.
In addition to my academic contributions, I possess an extensive background in enterprise-level data management. I have successfully led cross-functional teams to deploy robust eBanking solutions for world-class institutions, including Union Bank Limited (Standard Chartered Bank), and have a proven track record of executing large-scale data migrations.
