My name is Al Fredette and I am the head boys lacrosse coach at Tocoi Creek High School. I have made the decision to begin giving private lessons to players in the area to help grow the game. I grew up in Maryland and started playing the game at a young age. Throughout my playing career I was blessed to play for some amazing coaches including Brian Duncan while I was playing at Flagler College. They showed me the importance of great coaching and the impact that it can have on someone's life. My goal is to provide a high level of coaching to kids who are just learning the sport or who are looking to add that skill to take their game to the next level.
