If you click on the link above, you can make a copy of my Google Spreadsheet that is a username and password log or keeper. Remember, don't share your username and passwords with anyone. If you use this Google sheet, you should make sure it is set to private. I recommend you download this Google Sheet as an Excel document and use a local copy versus using a spreadsheet stored in the cloud. Use at your own risk!
