It can be difficult to stay active while you are stuck at home. Since school will be closed the remainder of the school year, it is important to create easy meaningful ways to be physically fit. Go outside, take a hike, play in the yard with your family, explore the woods, basically go old school! I think about how I stayed active as a kid with my three brothers. Basically my mother said go outside and only come back at lunch and dinner. True story. Times were a bit different, but please never go anywhere without your parents permission. This site will be dedicated to as many different ideas to getting and staying active while out of school for an extended period of time and even in the summer. Check out some ideas below.
