Nearly 2,000 residents of Franklin County speak a non-English language. For those who would like to increase their English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and pronunciation, or for those who would like to study for the US Citizenship test, we offer morning and evening classes at The Franklin Center.
