My name is Mr. Starbeck and I am one of the special education teachers serving grades K -6 here at Frazee-Vergas Elementary. Our purpose is to provide specially designed instruction, support, and services to students with an identified disability requiring an individually designed instructional program to meet their unique learning needs.
