ABOUT US
GROW Frazee-Vergas (Generating Resilience, Opportunities & Wellbeing) was established in 2021 under a five year grant awarded to Frazee-Vergas School District from the Minnesota Department of Human Services Behavioral Health Division. As a group, the coalition works to correct misperceptions about the behaviors and attitudes of youth and adults surrounding underage substance use through the Positive Community Norms (PCN) framework.
