As the Social Studies Department at Frazee High School, we believe it our mission to “teach students the content knowledge, intellectual skills, and civic values necessary for fulfilling the duties of citizenship in a participatory democracy.“ . 

The courses we offer include studies in Social Studies 7 & 8, American History, World History, Government, Economics, and Geography.  

Through an integrated study of social studies topics, our goal is to have all students gain competence in the knowledge, concepts and skills that will enable them to take their places in our complex, democratic society.
