As the Physical Education & Health Department at Frazee High School, we seek to provide students with the opportunity to foster continued improvement of skills in order to become efficient, knowledgeable and self-confident individuals who can successfully participate and manage a healthy and active lifestyle.

The courses we offer include Physical Education 7, Physical Education 8, Introduction to Physical Education, Weightlifting, Individual & Team Competitive Games, Female Fitness and Personal Fitness.  Health we offer Health 8 & a High School General Health course.
