As the Physical Education & Health Department at Frazee High School, we seek to provide students with the opportunity to foster continued improvement of skills in order to become efficient, knowledgeable and self-confident individuals who can successfully participate and manage a healthy and active lifestyle.

The courses we offer include Physical Education 7-9, Health 8 & 10, Weightlifting, Individual & Team Competitive Games, and Personal Fitness.
