¡Aprendemos español!

My name is Mrs. Venade, I am the 3rd and 4th grade Spanish and ESL teacher at Main Road Elementary School, but I also provide ESL services at Janvier. I am very excited to have your child as my student, this year they will be working on learning a new language. I have been teaching since 2007. I have previously taught at Lakewood and Lindenwold NJ. I started teaching introduction to Spanish in Franklin Township since 2018 to our 3rd and 4th grade students and I have been teaching ESL since 2007.

Learning a new language does come with some challenges, but I believe all students are up to the challenge. We will be working on learning new vocabulary, increase fluency, pronunciation and introduction to conversational language. By integrating interactive games, group work, class projects and various class activities not only will we be having fun while learning! In addition to academic learning students will also be introduced to different cultures and customes from various Spanish speaking countires from around the world.
