Standards Based Grading

Our district follows a Standards Based Grading (SBG) system. SBG assesses your child against a standard of the curriculum to better convey the growth of your child's academic understanding in a given area with the letters N (needs improvement), P (progressing), M (meets the standard), and E (excelling the standard). This is different than the typical percentage grades with calculated averages to better see progression in particular academic areas.
