Daily expectations:

• Come in with a positive attitude and ready to learn

• Read the Agenda posted daily in the classroom

• Have your notebook/pen and pencil- this year we will mostly use our science notebook for written work. Larger assignments will be electronic.

Civics with Mr. Vacca

Daily expectations: 

• Make sure your computer is all charged up 

• The daily agenda will be posted in Classroom which will include the daily warmup. 

• We will use a variety of resources including an electronic textbook, iCivics as well as teacher generated resources.

• Any written work will be done electronically as well

With some pen/pencil to paper as well. 

• Respect and kindness are expected in the classroom, which sets the tone for a safe classroom experience.

• Go to our Google Classroom for the daily warm-up

• Make sure you have the novel we are currently reading with you in class

• Be ready to participate

• Be respectful and kind to everyone in the class in order to create an environment where people feel comfortable and willing to take academic risks and engage in meaningful conversations
