Break up the day to include time for play time, down time, family time (PDF) and learning time. Some examples of learning time may include time for reading, writing, physical activity, outdoor time.
Whether its playing in the yard, or using GoNoodle, build in time for physical movement.
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. What better time to incorporate these practices into your life!
