Meet the Teacher

• The 2021-2022 school year marks my 16th year in education & my 7th year at Philo High School.

• Prior to teaching at P.H.S., I taught in South Carolina as well as several districts in Northeast Ohio (Akron Public Schools, Alliance City Schools, Rootstown Local Schools, & Louisville City Schools).

• Over the years I have coached several sports including soccer, cross country, & track. I retired my whistle a few years ago in order to have more time with my family.

• I am honored to serve as the Junior Class Advisor at P.H.S. & take pride in planning the Prom each year.

• Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, cooking, decorating, running, traveling, & bargain-hunting.
