My name is Lisa White and I have been in the Education world for over 23 years. I am married to a Franklin, TX native and have two children, Jack and Brie.
I have taught special education, speech, science, and family and consumer sciences. I am very excited to be the Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Roland Reynolds Elementary.
Please know I am here to help the community with any concerns of social, behavioral, and emotional wellbeing.

What type of services does a school counselor provide?
Classroom lessons teaching social skills, how to take care of strong feelings, study skills, etc.
Small group counseling
Short-term individual counseling
Consultation with parents and teachers
Parent workshops
Community resource referrals (including longer term therapy services)
Schoolwide programming (Character curriculum, College and Career, Drug Awareness)
My objective is to work alongside teachers and parents to help students develop socially and emotionally, and to help remove any barriers they have to learning!
